Ibu: Eh ibu nak beli baju ah..tengah buat ape tu...
Me: Window shopping online....
Ibu: Eh lawa jugak eh baju online?Tapi cam tak puas hati coz tak dapat try..pegang-pegang baju lawa-lawa
Me: Lols.....payday in 2 weeks lah bu.
Ibu: Your dad dah OKB nari....
Me: Ibu the malls and shops close at 930pm.No time.
Ibu: Eh still have 1 hour per! Dontc are lets go!
So mother daughter pulled a quickchange and went out. And we burned money. But on relatively affordable clothes. I like impulsive shopping like this. But this only happens because....
Me: Ibu...your stressed with work kan....
Ibu: Eh how you know...
Me: Because when your stress you get ultra impulsive and crazy random.
Ibu: alarh shuddup. Im a woman too....you always say "retail therapy" eh?
Me: Yarh! But i never see you grab and go so many clothes before! And we were the last customers!
Ibu: Dont care dont care.Yayyyy baju baru...baju style korean skarang lawa-lawa eh.
Clearly my mum is so stressed she wasnt bothered about what i said to her. LOLS. Anyways...finally bought nylon tights! Showed my mum how i can still wear unhalal clothes and halal-fy them. (: My mum's concluding statement of the night?
PANDAI JUGAK BUDAK SKRANG EH? IBU PAKAI TIGHTS BOLEH?

Because i am forever busy and yet i still try to make time for everything and everyone.But nobody notices this do they? Its ok, I'll try be the SUPERHUMAN one.
1. mail mail important documents. 1ST April looming dangerously close.
2. remember my prayers. I have been very very very very disappointingly slack despite my resolutions.
3. resignation. so i can focus on teaching-tutoring alone.
4. come up with proper lesson plans that will help all my classes.
draft plans:
2smarties (express) - pengetahuan am melalui tema berbeza setiap minggu
2acados- penegetahuan am + latihan kertas kerja/kertas peperiksaan berdasarkan tema
2techies- role reversal (mereka yang mengambil alih kerja guru)
1techies - latihan latihan dan latihan (terlalu hyperactive) & peta minda
3teachies - ????? latihan latihan latihan (bulu roma saya ternaik. jgn tanya.saya masih cuba memahami psyche mereka)
Oh and i dont understand why my 1techies speak such foul foul dirty language. Those who know me would know my INTOLERANCE OF MALAY VULGARITIES. I cannot take it. My ears seriously hurt seh... ): But when i tell them to stop...they like the attention so they continue saying foul language. So i ignore the vulgarities they sprinkle in their conversations with friends......but ....MY EARS HURT.
So...any ideas anyone?No seriously....i would love to hear suggestions.
Because at this rate..my only weaponry is to fire back the same exact language so they know what it feels like when someone says such vulgarities and means it.I am not afraid to just say the malay vulgarities (despite me hating it) if it makes my students learn. They say these words ..they know the meaning and they think its awesome to make jokes by saying such words during my class. |

I ditched 2Techies half hour class to rush off to HijauDale for culinary.
( SUPER HERO )
I must remember that i owe the 2techies and 2acados choc and biscuits. Because one student in acados helped me - the noob cikgu, to set up the laptop. Whereas another student in techies helped me to try a bazillion username-password combinations for me to access my computer.
When someone from techies said "cikgu aper seh...ditch kiter. Cikgu promise cikgu ajar kita..semua bohong seh.Semua cikgu sama.Mentang-mentang kita budak tech.Smalam cikgu cakap klau kita budak baik,cikgu nak aderkan kelas GEREK. per sehhh cikgu"
I just got stumped. Very stumped. I never knew it affected their feelings to have something else be prioritized before them. Ive only taugh for one day. And all we did was make plans together on how we were have our lessons (since they really hate doing normal boring work). I didnt intend to ditch them today.I just had urgent matters to complete.
"Semua cikgu berlainan. Janji saya tidak palsu"
If only the techies had more malay classes each week.If only.....out of the 3 techies class i have. This one is prized possesion.Im not suppose to have favourites.But these kids. They have heart more than brains. And if anything ..i am a believer that heart will stretch you further than brains alone.
